6. Limitation of Liability

  • SmidigHem acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers and is not responsible for the performance of the services.

  • We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred in connection with the services.

8. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

  • These terms are governed by Swedish law.

  • Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation between the parties.

10. Taxes and Fees

  • Service providers performing work via SmidigHem may operate as self-employed individuals or as private persons (freelancers).

  • If a service provider operates as a private person, they are solely responsible for declaring their income and paying taxes, social fees, or any other mandatory charges in accordance with applicable laws.

  • SmidigHem assumes no responsibility for tax handling for service providers.
